SEPTEMBER 2020

We started PUSH Box for a single purpose: to keep community together. 2020 was an insane year that affected us all in so many ways. Work, school, even simply shaking someone's hand. It's all different now. And no exception was made for fitness. That changed too. Thanks COVID. :)

We soon realized that the single thing we were missing the most was our gym community...

Community

We know fitness can be a difficult and challenging thing some days. It's hard enough to get up and show up, let alone do the work. There is so much going on in our lives and so many other things to do.

 

It was easier as a kid, to run around with all of our friends. We were distracted by the enjoyment of just being around other people. Well, there should be no difference as an adult. It's amazing to feel, witness, and be a part of a community that cheers each other on through the training, the learning, the sweating...the burpees. There is no better way to create a bond with someone than when you suffer together and come out the other end victorious. So come join the dopest community there is to train with!

Motivation

We promise to set an environment that not only allows you to feel safe to learn new things but also to push you to want to become a better, stronger, and more capable you.  A lot of people think motivation is just this "thing" you might feel one day or walk through while heading down the street. Well, it doesn't work that way. It starts with you. Followed by a circle of friends to help you along the way.

 

We are here to set you up for success. Our facility, programming, coaches, and community will help bring the best out of you. Which will only make it easier for you to wake up every day wanting more. Your motivation will be at an all-time high.

Results

Let's cut to the chase. We all want results, right? Otherwise, why would we be doing this? Results can mean different things for different people. Are you looking to just move better daily, improve your athletic performance in a sport, or add a few more years to your life?

 

At PUSH, we will get you there. I know everyone says that but we pinky promise it's true. :) From group classes to personal training, nutritional guidance to daily behavior changes, we will sit down and help you find the best plan to get you the results that you deserve.
