STARTER KIT

The PUSH Starter Kit gives you the coaching, confidence, and momentum you need from Day One. You’ll get three one-on-one sessions to learn the foundational movements—squats, presses, pulls, hinges, Olympic lift basics, machines, and the patterns you’ll see in class—at a pace built around you. It’s your time to slow things down, ask questions, and get the focused coaching you deserve.

At the same time, we don’t want you losing momentum between sessions. That’s why this bundle also includes your first full month of unlimited classes. You can jump into the less-technical days, start building consistency, and immediately feel part of the community while you continue learning the more technical skills in your 1:1s.

Your personal training sessions and your classes work together so you can learn the right way and stay moving from the start.

We recommend a punch card if you will be traveling or are mixing in classes with other activities. 


This package is for 10 CrossFit group classes or Open Gym sessions, expiring 120 days after purchase. Please be sure to reserve your spot beforehand.

OPEN GYM

Whether you’ve got your own program, can’t make a class, or just want extra reps — Open Gym is your go-to. Show up when it works for you, get after it, and move on with your day.

Sessions run in one-hour blocks, but you’ve got unlimited access all month long. Just reserve your spot in advance — we close registration one hour before start time to keep things smooth and spacious.

Coaches will be around if you need anything.
All we ask: respect the space, clean your gear, and rack your weights.

DROP-IN

Visiting town and want to drop in for a class? No prob! You can sign up for either a group CrossFit class or an Open Gym session. 

Easiest way is to click on the "Sign Up" button below, find the class time that works best for you on the calendar, click on "New Here" and choose the Drop-in option. 

*For CrossFit classes, please be sure that you have prior experience so that you feel comfortable and safe doing the movements.
