MEET THE TEAM
AIDAN MALODY
CO-OWNER & HEAD COACH
I have been a coach and personal trainer for 14+ years. I've coached CrossFitters, bodybuilders, athletes, the young, the biologically "experienced", as well as injury rehab. With all of my clients, I try to approach fitness holistically, not just about the reps in the gym, but rather about lifestyle, mentality, and nutrition. I love any movement that involves being upside down. I believe any time is a good time to eat sushi, and I have an endless curiosity to see what the body can do and what it's capable of.

TRYSH MALODY
CO-OWNER & MANAGER
Not big on being in the spotlight, which is why you'll find me at the front desk and helping our members with anything they need. I love fitness, reading and speaking Spanish. And even on the days I don't love fitness, I still know that it's good for me and that I'll always feel better after. CrossFit has pushed me to tears, given me confidence in my capabilities, challenged me, introduced me to my husband, and so much more. I love seeing the surprise and shock on people's faces when they realize they are so much stronger than they ever thought capable. I want this gym to be your happy place, so let me know how I can help.

JOSH "BIG TREE" SCHIEFER
COACH
I started my fitness journey when I was 12 years old in the garage with my father. I've played sports all of my life, and still play baseball. I have always been a competitive person, so when I found CrossFit, I fell in love instantly. The community, the competitive drive, the fitness, I love it all! I recently became a father and now want to start my coaching journey to be there for my son. If I'm not coaching or training, I love to smoke meats, buy too many house plants, play baseball, cook and of course eat! I can't wait to see you in the gym. Let's get strong!

SARAH MACMILLAN
COACH
While a Philly girl at heart, I’d consider several places “home” after a decade of bouncing around the East Coast. My love for all things fitness has evolved from swim team coach to personal trainer to youth strength & speed coach, to CrossFit and beyond. My favorite things about coaching are: leggings & sneakers as work attire, hanging out with amazing, inspirational humans and witnessing people reach new accomplishments every day. I absolutely love helping people discover their potential. I always strive to create an upbeat atmosphere with a fire playlist (IMO) and a promise to be encouraging and approachable.

ADAM AXMEAR
COACH
I originally hail from Iowa and moved to Kansas City in 2004 to follow my passion for athletics and fitness. Over the years, I have devoted myself to the CrossFit community and have served as a coach and an Olympic Weightlifting trainer to help numerous athletes grow. With a strong commitment to promoting holistic well-being, I have transformed my lifelong dedication to fitness, health, and wellness into a vocation that aims to enable every individual to live a life free of physical limitations. I often spend my free time hiking, cycling, and running throughout the Pacific Northwest. Moreover, I enjoy exploring the diverse culinary offerings that Seattle has to offer.

ROBERT SULZER
COACH
Sports and fitness have always been a big part of my life. Except for that time I lived in Chicago, ate too much pizza, did no fitness and became Deep Dish. Shortly after that, I stepped into my first CrossFit gym and never looked back. The community and camaraderie are second to none, which is what motivated me to become a Coach. I want to help others achieve their fitness goals and love doing it the same way I do. The Marine in me sometimes brings out the Drill Instructor, the New Yorker in me brings out the great accent everyone loves and last but not least, the Puerto Rican/Cuban in me brings out all the fun! As always, have fun, don’t die!

CAROLINE MOLINE
COACH
Following 15 years of competitive swimming, I found myself in a commercial gym chasing my dreams of getting absolutely swole. Weeks of leg pressing, chest flys, and other weight machines got boring, so I stopped by the local CrossFit gym to see what that was all about. My first CrossFit workout was (HIGHLY scaled) Murph. Why did I show up the next day? Community. And excellent coaching. Crossfit's consistent challenges and the major squat gains it's given me have kept me dedicated for 7+ years, outside of a 1-year powerlifting hiatus in 2019 where I qualified for USA Powerlifting nationals. Outside of the gym, you'll find me at one of Seattle's many amazing pizza spots or soaking up the sun at Golden Gardens (when the weather cooperates). I can't wait to see you at the gym, we'll work hard but have so much fun!
